OutsideView or OutsideViewWEB Training: This one day course covers product installation, security implementation and complex, OutsideView Enterprise environments.

AppViewXS Product Training: This two-day course covers everything from screen customization through developing custom applications. Topics include installation, end user deployment, and an overview of the Advanced Macro Facility (AMF).

AppViewXS Advanced Training: A one-day course that provides advanced training on customization. Participants will recieve hands on training on how to work with AMF to add conditional behavior to customized screens. In addition, they will examine the process of integrating host applications with other Internet and Windows applications.

Mentoring: Some clients prefer to have Crystal Point more extensively involved in their product implementation process. Mentoring can be customized to fit any need ranging from on-site installations to overseeing large-scale training efforts.
